After you get in touch, what happens next:
Site visit
I always like to complete a site visit to ensure that we are both in agreement with what work needs to be completed. I will arrange this for an evening, usually after 6pm. After this point, I will email you a written estimate. I can recommend tile shops and products if the customer requires.
Confirming a date
Once you accept the written estimate, I will advise you on the amount of tiles to buy and I will pencil you in for a date. Please be mindful that although I do everything within my power to meet this date, it can differ by a few days if a previous job has run over because of other trades.
Staying in touch
I ask you to stay in touch with me and alert me as soon as you can if the date that we have booked looks likely to be delayed from your end due to other trades or deliveries.
I will contact you during the week before starting with you to arrange my arrival on the first morning. I have my own protective sheeting for stairs and carpets to ensure that cleanliness is upheld wherever possible.
